Setups are typically scheduled between morning and 3 pm.
Please provide an open, clean area for our set-up. We do NOT move furniture, so please be sure area is prepared before we arrive. Please measure beforehand .
You can send a picture of the space so we have an idea for setup before we arrive.
Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival. We love our pets but please keep them off the teepees to prevent any damage to the mattress or decor.
Please ensure there is space for us to park near the entrance. We appreciate easy access as we will be carrying heavy equipment for your event!
Please ensure the event area is smoke-free. We have the right to refuse setup if the environment is not smoke-free.
We will need access to power supply in the event area to inflate air mattresses and some lighting (glow party) require extension cords, which we bring.
We will clean up our equipment but are not responsible for damage caused by party guest and costs of damage by party guests.
We will pick up the equipment the next day (excludes spa party) after your party has left, typically after lunch but can discuss the best time on set up day.
